- malandrew 13y agoYeah, but as I said in another comment, it is common practice for certain countries to only extradite someone in capital cases if the country requesting extradition guarantees that they won't seek the death penalty. He could appeal to Hong Kong to only allow extradition on the condition that solitary confinement and other cruel and unusual punishments cannot be used.
