They just upped their Google Checkout credit card processing rates as well. They used to be 2% + $0.20 which was phenomenal, but they've increased them to a tiered pricing that isn't as competitive for smaller merchants. I wonder if Google is realizing they can't offer such great deals anymore. Are they losing too much money with those platforms?
