Aside from the other evidence that this is terribly thought out, serving 61,000 static pageviews (or if average pages per visitor is more like 2: 120,000) shouldn't be a problem on even a cheap server. Even with uneven traffic that's probably 4-5 pageviews/second at most. The cheapest linode or AWS instance can handle that for serving static files.
