They've had ample opportunity to do so. They turned down one just a few months ago, in fact. There is no reason to believe they will ever revisit it.

- graycat 13y agoGenerally the court will revisit an issue if there is a compelling reason from a new case someone brings. As far as I know, the court never revisits an issue without a compelling reason from a new case.
