If I send a letter with my email address and proof of citizenship to the NSA, that gives them specific information that my email address belongs to a US person. Will they not then be required to delete all communications collected under FAA702 between my email address and any other email address for which they have received similar proof of US person-ness? Can we organize a mass campaign for everyone to send letters to the NSA doing something like this?
