Trello has one big failing. It doesn't support multiple accounts. You can't have separate personal and work accounts without repeatedly logging out and back in again. Mobile is even worse since logging out and in is way more painful (assuming a decent password). I've responded to Trello employees comments a few times when they mention using it for both work and personal, and it appears they just use their personal accounts for work stuff.
