Certainly we should strive to resolve all of those issues! However, until we do, we should be mindful that they are issues and deal with the problems that they cause like adults. For now, free buses are a terrible idea. Once we take care of the issues you mentioned, they might be a wonderful idea. Sadly, we live in the now, not in the future.
