I didn't say he's a Chinese spy. Neither did the person asking the question ("The US Government alleged that you gave sensitive information to the Chinese.") I'm saying, he very possibly gave sensitive information to the Chinese government, perhaps inadvertently or through indiscretion. You don't have to be a Chinese spy to do that (he was actually the one who presented the false equivalence).
