I really should do a blog post about it - a short version is that we;
1. Quick technical screen via phone which filters > 90% of devs :(
2. Phone interview for work history / explanation of what we do / etc
3. Lunch / coffee
4. Hack for a day / half-day with the team on something completely new
- FajitaNachos 13y agoAs someone who has started looking for jobs recently, that sounds like a great way to hire people. It gives you a chance to interact with the candidate and see how they work. As a shameless plug, I also wrote a Chrome extension for GitHub. It lets you commit changes from Chrome Dev Tools to GitHub.
