This is fine for VMs and maybe low-load servers, but the problem for high-performance servers is ARM sucks memory-wise as they don't have the patents on the cache hierarchies that Intel has (and AMD can use), and thus have very limited cache systems. AMD's future entry into the ARM market might change this, as they can use these patents.
