OK, I can understand Matt's rationale for the RIAA suing file-sharers, but I'm having trouble applying the same reasoning to them suing a person who doesn't own a computer at all and is, in addition, dead. Experts though they may be, sometimes what looks like a screw-up is actually a screw-up.
