Wow... good job! But now that Snowden left the US, he must be an ex-patriot. The traditional response is an extradition request.

  "The traditional response is an extradition request." Which, if not met, is followed by a massive invasion and subsequent decade long occupation, judging by the Afghan fiasco. :)
