Two projects. The second project is building a decent interface to the first edition of the Oxford English Dictionary. The current edition is online, charging ~$200/year for access, but the first edition is out of copyright, sitting on archive.org, and just waiting for somebody to make it accessible without the need to download several GB of scans.
