    I don't believe you or Dictionary.com! If you can't imagine the Queen saying it - it 'aint a word! seriously though, any students got access to the OED online? check it out and give us the official definition, I'm dubious, but could do with a new way of insulting peoples' intelligence =P

      As far as I know the OED does describes language and does not prescribe. So it does not have the 'official' definition, because there is none.

    The problem is that someone edited the title of my post. It was "seasonal flu kills 36,000-odd Americans every year".
