This makes some sense, although wouldn't producing custom designed chips (just for Apple) push the price up somewhat? Even with Apple's scale?

- codeslinger 17y agoThese chips are usually dirt cheap. I bet the radios cost more. Also, the iPhone already has significant retail price margin built in, so I doubt it would hurt them much.
