Um ... for PRISM, shouldn't they be suing Google, Facebook, Apple, etc?
- ParkerK 13y agoGoogle, Face, Apple, etc have to comply with law enforcement, so the point of the lawsuit is to end the program that's forcing them to cooperate under such vague circumstances.
