Apple Updates MacBook Air With Haswell CPU, Claims All-Day Battery Life
- gohrt 13y agoHas anyone posted a side-by-side spec comparison to previous version? Here's one from the Verge's Compare builder: http://www.theverge.com/products/compare/7141/5777 http://www.theverge.com/products/compare/7141/5777 CPU/graphics bump, (much?) better battery life, (large) bump in SSD at the same price point as last year's model. Still under-loaded RAM (4 or expensive 8GB), considering how web apps have exploded in RAM spend in recent years.
- fredradford 13y agoToo bad it doesn't support 16gb RAM yet :(
- malandrew 13y agoThat's what I was waiting for too. 8GB of RAM in the Airs isn't enough.
- vishaldpatel 13y agoSo, no Haswell for Macbook Pro, and no Retina Display for Macbook Air. Seems like neither laptop is built to be everything for anybody.
