- EmmEnnEff 13y agoI think what they are looking for are people that are technically competent, and entirely lacking in a consciousness.
- vinceguidry 13y agoPractically impossible to vet. You won't know whether the person you hired will remain compliant until he steals a bunch of documents and flees the country.
