The author is guilty of thinking that the president is King, as if the entire federal government and all three branches weren't behind these things for that past 7 years.
- JamisonM 13y agoThe headline "Has the US Government's History of Acting Against its own Stated Values in the Protection of Civil Liberties and Privacy" is not nearly punchy enough to attract the desired clicks though. The window ain't just 7 years, it stretches a lot further back than that.
