  My theory is that Biden has decades of experience and a speciality with international affairs, and was chosen as a counterpart to Obama's freshness- or inexperience, if you spun it another way. But hey, if you want to belittle his achievements, go ahead, I doubt he cares.

    Yeah, that is the party line, but he hasn't exactly lived up to the hype so far. I certainly hope he doesn't listen to me, because frankly he shouldn't if he ever believed if he deserved the position. Don't forget, Dan Quayle had achievements too, just not ones I cared about either.
