Google has specifically stated that they don't take this ("drop box") approach:
"We cannot say this more clearly—the government does not have access to Google servers—not directly, or via a back door, or a so-called drop box."
- cpeterso 13y agoThe drop box could be an NSA server and not a "Google server", depending on who manages the hardware.
