Well, about the OVkart. I assume you were writing about this one. I visited Amsterdam and bought one with cash. Then I loaded it at Zuid also paying with cash.

Well, about the OVkart. I assume you were writing about this one. I visited Amsterdam and bought one with cash. Then I loaded it at Zuid also paying with cash. No paper trail. And I only did that because it was nearly impossible to pay with my Visa Electron. But that's another issue.
- digitalengineer 13y agoThere are some. Most machines only accept a bank-card, not cash. There has even been a debate about it in parliament because psychiatric patients and refugees don't have a bank account.
