I would definitely use such a service but $2 per letter is pretty steep, considering USPS will do direct mailings for cents.

- yogo 13y agoI think you might be ignoring many of the costs associated with printing and sending a letter. Ink, paper, use of time, etc.? Actually just the savings from having to go to Fedex office this can be worth it. As for bulk operations, that's a different story. I can see myself using this once in a while for something that cannot be sent electronically (as I normally would) but must be printed and mailed.
