What is the level of acceptance for (a) post-money option pools and (b) investors paying their legal fees amongst firms versus enlightened angels? I know Spark Capital publicly adopted (b). If I asked for these terms from a firm today, would I get laughed out of the door? (Not that that should stop one from asking).
