I think I've settled on NewsBlur. It's not perfect, but I've paid for it for a year and I don't feel like trying an endless stream of new products when in the end none will be perfect but most will be adequate. *Edit I just signed up for The Old Reader to use at work. I like that it gives you the option to sign in with a service, or manually upload your subscription list.
