All, thanks for the feedback. We've disabled the Typeview functionality and rolled that update out. We're going to: 1. Provide an opt-out on the site operator side (so a site operator can choose not to use it). 2. Provide a clear indicator that typing information is being sent in the chat widget (so a site visitor or mobile user knows it is happening). 3. Provide a clear, easy to reach opt-out so that the site visitor or mobile app user can opt out of Typeview (if it is enabled).
