Does percentages matter? Lets assume it is 7%.. You can't imagine how many young girls burned by this... I agree universities should be "Religion free" there are two ways of achieving that, you don't care about religion, you allow all people form all religions fair and square, or second option, you ban people with "certain" religious beliefs from schools. Guess which one got applied in Turkey.
