Can we please get researchers to research: (1) Different hiring practices and their long term success rates (2) Different procedures (agile, scrum, cubes or no cubes) and whether they impact working efficiency I just feel like everyone and their mom has these grand ideas about how they can do things differently than everyone else but I never get to find out objectively if they work.
