- sageikosa 13y agoThe key is to understand that "unreasonable" qualifies the set of searches that may not be undertaken without a warrant. And therein lies the gray fog of uncertainty...and potential abuse.
- tptacek 13y agoAgrees with what interpretation, Niels? That it's "reasonable OR with a validly issued warrant", or that it's "reasonable AND with a validly issued warrant"?
