Pricing 101:
Goal: Get as much as you can from the thing that you're selling.
Purchase Negotiation 101:
Goal: Pay as little as possible for the thing you're buying.
To me what's funny about this is that if Facebook didn't pay the author at all, we probably wouldn't be reading this blog post right now.
