Yeah I sometimes think there must be a kind of Muphry's Law for designers: "If you complain about a design, your own design will have numerous flaws"? Half the time when I follow these design blog links I find a website with nigh on unreadable text. Usually it's down to a tiny font-size, this time it's down to grey text on dark grey background combined with fairly cramped looking text.
