- Dilpil 17y agoIs it really a mystery as to why the flu is more deadly in Mexico than in the US? Have factors such as quality of medical care been taken into account yet?
- magoghm 17y agoIn Mexico you can buy antibiotics over the counter without any prescription. I suspect the victims just tried to cure themselves without seeing a physician.
- mbrubeck 17y agoIn Mexico there are 80 known deaths from about 1000 possible cases (~8%). In the US there are 0 deaths from about 10-20 possible cases. Especially given the small population size, that's not a statistically significant difference.
