I was like that and now, I don't read as much anymore. A lot of them are pretty much the same anyway. I'm working on my startup but been very scared of putting it out to the public. (Well, I hope that is going to change soon.) That's another obstacle to hurdle. You work on it but releasing it is a different thing.
