  "catholic : comprehensive, universal; especially : broad in sympathies, tastes, or interests <a catholic taste in music>" Note that he didn't capitalise the word. Edit: sorry, I don't tend to read the article's author's name -- bad on my part. Sorry about that.

    I see what you did there. (Shibboleth is one of my favorite pieces of esoteric vocabulary, but it's at least $10.)
