Similar problem for me, except it doesn't even open the popup. The page just scrolls to the top and a # gets appended to the URL. Looks like some Javescript listener is failing to fire. I'm using Safari 6 on Mac OS 10.8 if that helps.

  It's still not working for me. I even tried emptying cache, but no luck.
