If scamming is not a significant proportion of Ghanaian internet activity then why is it even being mentioned in a discussion about increasing internet access across sub-Saharan Africa? "White guilt"? Would you care to expand? Guilt which causes me to ignore the problem of pesky Africans using the internet to scam honest folk in rich countries?
