  Ah I missed the date. Sadly it seems a bike was stolen in the first hour it was live too.

    Someone stole a bike before it was initially locked into the rack, which is pretty much a one-time event.       I take it the citi bike program has taken steps to ensure there is no market for citi bikes. (Like never selling them.)
