Do keep in mind the job listing is for a personal assistant. I'd assume the author would be working with whomever he'd hire on a more intimate level relative to most other professional relationships. That said, I do agree that his attitude toward employment certainly isn't for everyone. Luckily, though, it seems to self-select the people who are comfortable with it.
