I totally agree, and they have the ability to give him the money. All they would have to do is ask for a parent to represent him.

- rgbrenner 13y agoIANAL.. but I can't see how asking a parent to represent him would relieve PayPal of complying with labor standards for minors... he's still the one doing the work.. and advising him to have a parent represent him is just written proof that they knew.
