I stopped reading at the opening sentence: "Because it just wouldn't do to upset the sensibilities of those who might wish to cut your head off." This is implying guilt (or intention) on the part of the recipients of these racist messages, and seems to imply that it's OK to 'upset' (re: profile and aggravate) people if you think they're likely to cut your head off based only on their race or religion. Which is pretty low.
