I think a Google employee or a three letter agency could probably look at them if they wanted to. What if Anonymous gets hold of them and wrongly identifies you as a bomber? Also, I'd wager that most users don't need to have all of their videos, photos or other media available to them wherever they go or on whatever device they're using.
