It is an interesting and well written article about a disease more than 99% of us are fortunate enough never to have. I think the downvotes you are recieving reflect how on the internet much of the discussion going on is a result of people merely reading the title, and maybe half a paragraph and then moving onto the comment sections to argue about points that were already covered in the article itself. Which, judging purely by your comment, you appear to have done.
