Can you expand on what you mean by 'real estate listings'? I'm in the market to buy a house right now and want to avoid being a sucker.

- msrpotus 13y agoReal estate agents are rarely hired because they're the best. They're hired because they have a relationship with the person selling the house or their relative or friend. It's also difficult to separate the good from the bad because the business is all about connections and there's no way (that I know of) to measure their effectiveness. Then, multiply that out over millions of houses and apartments and offices.
