  Yes, In the mobile world everyone is playing catch up with Apple. In the desktop world everyone is playing catch up with Microsoft. In the search world everyone is playing catch up with Google. In business you play catch up with the industry leader till you become one. Its part of being a business. Your Point?

    The point that you missed is that you can either play catch up, or you can change the game. MS has the resources to change the game, but they lack the ability to do it.

      Similar to the desktop market, I think the tablet market is too saturated to change the game. You can only play catchups now.
