Yeah really. Way too self-promotional and "hey everybody get mad at how I was wronged by BigCo" for my tastes. As others have noted, the hundreds of hours vs. one hour claim is very disingenuous. Cutting and pasting an existing work into your toolkit is not even close to designing and creating an original piece of investigative journalism. And, at the end there, actually calling on the NYT to advertise this scrollkit on panels? Because...why? The creator thinks it's really cool?
