I am a New Yorker and I win by not having someone here for the short term vs an actual neighbor. This is a hotel no matter which way you try and paint it.

- darkarmani 13y agoCan't you get the same thing by choosing to live somewhere that contractually prevents AirBnB rather than prohibiting it for everyone? > This is a hotel no matter which way you try and paint it. How is renting out your apartment 3 weekends a year a hotel? You can currently do that on craigslist, it's just harder to connect buyers and sellers.
