If you want to see on which date you joined Hacker News, click your login name in the right top of the page (https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=Username https://news.ycombinator.com/user?id=Username) and note the 'created: 1397 days ago'. Then plug in this number into a date calculation:
$ python
>>> import datetime
>>> print datetime.date.today() - datetime.timedelta(1397)
