As noted at the bottom of the article this seems another case(see the ms fiasco) of employees not realising they always represent their employer. These two scenarios do a lot more damage to the public reputation of the companies. I don't think they can respond in anyway without taking more flak. This sort of commentary seems to belong in private places to me, what a strange world.
