Wouldn't this be considered theft?

- mbillie1 13y agoHmm... if you knock down the drone, then it is no longer in public space though (assuming it lands in your property). I have no idea what laws there are around this sort of thing... but disabling without destroying the drone so it ends up on my property - what then? The owner would be (conceivably) trespassing should he or she attempt to recover the drone.
