What kind of argument is this? I can't find any written words describing a thing on your website so you can't do that thing? I know it seems unfair but almost all ToS's says "we can do whatever we want if we want too" and Etsy's is the same. Etsy could require you to make out with a fish for continued access to your account and they would be within their right.
